Niyara

We had a very relaxing stay. It was for a total of 7 of us and we had plenty of space for all of us to relax. We were only able to stay a single night, since we were only in town for a theme park, but we would definitely stay again. I really want to emphasis how responsive Niyara (the owner) was whenever we would send a message to them. Their kindness and responsiveness to our request is what made this stay exceptional. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to have a place to relax in the orlando area.

It was very nice and exactly like the picture. We were here for universal took about 35 min but the Walmart is 6 min close! Also recommend the TJ max and Burlington near. 😛

Nayira fue una anfitriona muy atenta. El departamento estaba limpio y muy bien equipado, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa. La ubicación fue perfecta, ya que estaba cerca de calles principales y nos permitió acceder fácilmente a los parques y tiendas en el auto que rentamos. Además, el estacionamiento asignado justo en frente del departamento fue muy conveniente.

We stayed here for both the night before our cruise, and the night after. Niyara was great to communicate with and offered any help we needed. Great location and easy access to many different areas and attractions.

I recently stayed at this home and was very pleased with my experience and the price for me and my friends. The home was nice and smelled wonderful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It is located in a great area, making it convenient for exploring the surroundings. Walmart was 7min away gorgeous us to cook at the house. I was happy to find that it looked just like the pictures, which was a huge relief. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Owner was very responsive. The furnishings were comfortable and we felt right at home. We used this place as a close home to crash after a day at Disney. It was perfect.

My family and I stayed here the night before our cruise. Everything was super clean and comfortable! It was a great price for the location, especially for a family that might be looking at going to Disney World. The instructions she sends to get to the airport bnb are clear and we had no issues finding it. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here for a conference we were attending. The place was very clean and accommodating. The only tiny issue I had was locating the living room light I had to keep it on because we couldn’t find it. Great stay though and would book again

Wonderful Stay! My family had a great time at Niyara's place. Her place is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect location, nearby Disney Parks, supermarkets and more. We will definitely be back!😊
